Founded in 1990, Doug Meyer-Cuno, President and Owner sought ways to increase value to his ingredient and spice distribution clients. Ten years later, Carolina Ingredients expanded services to provide custom blending of ingredients - from cures to coatings, marinades to meal helpers. In 2009, Carolina Ingredients, again with a vision of value creation, moved from Pineville, NC to Rock Hill, SC where they could build a LEED certified building - the first LEED Certified Spice Blender in the USA.
